“Here comes someone running”_ Who is the Speaker ? Who comes running and why?

The bearded man was the enemy of the Tsar. The Tsar executed his brother and seized their property. So the bearded man swore to take revenge on the Tsar anyhow. He knew that he had come to the hermit and he  took this as a chance to kill the Tsar for his revenge. But it was getting late so he came out of the ambush and went upon the Tsar’s bodyguard who recognised him and wounded him seriously. Thus, the bearded man was running towards the Tsar and the hermit to save his life.
